Stock Selector

Stock Selector  -   Responsible for reading and understanding shipping schedules, picking tickets, and other shipping documents to determine items to be moved or shipped.  Conveys wallcovering into storage racks by pattern and SKU number.  Stores marketing materials in racks by type and pattern.  Fills orders for wallcovering and marketing materials by pulling these from storage racks, breaking bolts as required, and packaging.  Accuracy in labeling each bolt for each order by SKU number and yardage.  Keeps storage racks neat and orderly.  Keeps items accurately sorted by SKU and labeled.  Operates a Hyster Orderpicker; maintains cleanliness of warehouse area; and other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge:  Reading and writing; ability to grip, lift, manipulate, and carry up to 50 lbs. repetitively; ability to use hand tools:  hammer and utility knife; work standing on feet 2-3 hours between breaks; and number comprehension (distinguish correct order, lot, color and numbers).

Qualifications:  6 to 12 months previous industrial experience with an acceptable safety record.  Prior order filling/selecting experience preferred.

Gravure Technician - Grade II

Gravure Technician - Grade II     

Summary:  Assists with press operation.  Load and unload rolls of printed vinyl and leader as needed. Also assist on unwind end as needed. · Tend the rewind, assist with transfers, flag, identify and accurately document print defects. Notify Operator ASAP when defect parameters have been hit. · Assist operator monitoring print units during production runs. Most important to watch ink pumps and ink pans. Watch for ink separation and low ink. · Assist with cylinder change outs. Evaluate cylinders for wear and damage. Unit wash-up. Clean print cylinders and ink pans after a print run.  Assist Operator as directed, i.e. cylinder retrieval, washing rubber rolls and guide rolls, web breaks, running strike-offs, etc. Be able to fill out all paperwork to include an accurate count of good and bad yards and an accurate record of defective yards on roll ticket. · Assist in maintaining cleanliness of print line area, i.e. scrap vinyl, dumpster area, worktable, etc. · All duties are to be performed in a safe and prudent manner.  Other duties as assigned. Required knowledge, skills and abilities: - Reading and writing skills - Ability to grip, lift, and carry up to 50lbs - Ability to use hand tools: wrench, wiper, utility knife. - Work standing on feet two to three hours between breaks. - Ability to visually discern print problems on a moving web. - Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Qualifications: Twelve plus months previous manufacturing experience in an environment where attention to detail, quality, and teamwork were of importance. Machine tending, paper converting, experience helpful.

Color Pre-Matcher

We are seeking an individual to join our Color Pre-Match dept. in our North Walpole, NH location.

This position entails working in our Pre-Match department preparing inks for our vinyl wallcovering production.  The ideal candidate is someone who has formulated and mixed colors or has followed formulas and recipes in their position.

Required:  H.S. Diploma or Equivalent

Strong Math skills required

Ability to learn in a busy production environment

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis
